A whole bunch of nobodies the Lord has noticed

There are many Christians in (and, outside) churches who are suffering silently. You struggle along alone, getting no help, acceptance or understanding. Maybe you are a loner, or, you just can’t fit in. Or, you are sidelined because you can’t go along with the current church agenda. Or, you don’t care for what you see in churches. Or, you have lost faith because what is supposed to happen is happening for others but not for you. You feel isolated, estranged, unconnected with your church, doubtful.

You have issues. And standard answers don’t satisfy. You are misunderstood, and a distraction from the “more important “objectives of evangelism and raising funds to finance pet projects – all in the Name of God, for His will.

Meanwhile, your faith wilts away or, at least, risks going that route.

And, nobody seems to care. You, are, after all, a nobody, marginalized from the thick of action, one of a whole bunch of nobodies, wondering if Christian life is supposed to be like this!

Unsurprisingly, other options seem better choices. And, you make decisions accordingly, eventually arriving at a point where you honestly ask if you are truly a Christian.

If you have reached that point you are at a good place! You are ready for an answer! Instead, ask: “Can I hear Him!”

That’s your turning around point! When you can hear Him. Our Lord Jesus Christ says in John 10: 4-5 “When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice. But they will never follow a stranger; in fact, they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger’s voice.”

If you have been “running away” it may be because you are hearing the voices of strangers – not the voice of our Lord.

His sheep recognize His voice. If you can recognize His voice you are a Christian, no matter what anyone says. You can hear Him. If you can hear Him, He will lead you out or to live above whatever circumstances you are in. You will follow Him. That’s how He brings out His own to Himself.

Our Lord has noticed the nobodies because you are His and He does not want any to perish. And, He is calling out to you. Can you hear His voice?

That is what this website is all about. To help you hear His voice. God also speaks through His people. A public discussion of the issues confronting the Bride of Christ worldwide, according to His Word, and aimed at encouraging the Body will help clarify the mind and aid in hearing what He is saying to you today.

This is not washing dirty linen. Such comments and articles won’t be published. Neither is this personal counseling. For that please look elsewhere.

Here, let’s share, report on pertinent church issues and discuss these issues for the upbuilding of The Bride. Please note, this isn’t a replacement of your church. You still need to find your own church. This is a platform for the public discussion of anything Christian, because of Immanuel, God with us.

Next Friday: Don’t fall away …
